Our services focus on assisting seniors in meeting their social, health & economic needs of seniors in our community. This is done by working with organizations and businesses to facilitate programs and events and engaging seniors who can benefit from them.

Well Being
For physical well being, we conduct yoga sessions, health and wellness seminars and workshops.
Local Businesses
We work with local businesses and organizations to find volunteering and work opportunities for seniors to engage in.
